ABSTRACT
This study aims to recite the provisioning process for the female migrant workers in Karanganyar Regency who will be sent abroad, including: (1) The provisioning process of the female migrant workers as domestic sector (PLRT) carried out in Karanganyar Regency, (2) The analysis of the practical and the strategic needs to the workers provisioning process, (3) The advantages of the provisioning to female migrant workers when they are abroad, (4) the formulation of the policy in the gender responsive work field that can be arranged to cope with gender discrepancy.
